Earthquake in Turkey's Relationship with the Astrological Map

First of all, the Marmara sea turning oranges is caused by micro-organisms and does not signal anything bad according to the principles of omens, so I would just not worry about that at all.

In the astrological map of Turkey, there is a Rahu line which shows up right off the coast of Turkey, roughly where the ocean earthquakes have occurred. There is a Jupiter line there right now; and Mars and Saturn are aspecting the Moon after the Moon passed over Rahu. This will cause earthquakes in water (Cancer is a water sign and Jupiter is expansive), so earthquakes will continue to periodically affect coastal areas but the danger will be gone for at least a month… and the Istanbul area will not be affected. So you are safe.
